We’ve tested their products again and again, but who are the faces behind the website builders?

On a recent trip to New York and San Francisco I stopped by the offices of Squarespace, Jimdo and Weebly. My first visit led me to Manhattan where Squarespace calls home. I was very happy to met Nic Papic and Ryan Stansky there, who both work in Squarespace’s marketing department.

And here is my very first video interview – I definitely have to reduce the number of ‘ums’. But in my defense, I’m not a native English speaker 😉

The interview was recorded on Sep 29, 2011.

Interesting side note: on the way out I almost got stuck in the elevator with Squarespace’s support guru Shaun. We had a little chat and I have to say that their attitude on support is admirable. They just don’t feel good if they can’t solve your problem within a couple of hours. So if responsive support is one of your major concerns, I think Squarespace is the provider of choice.
